It can be hard to ask for help and talk about what's wrong.
Are you feeling stressed, confused, or frustrated?
You might be struggling with your work, relationships, thoughts, or emotions.
Maybe you learned it's not okay to be vulnerable or show your feelings.
Sometimes you know what's wrong but don't know how to fix it, other times you just feel lost.
You might be dealing with:
job or family stress
depression or anxiety
grief or trauma
You want to get help without fear of judgment.
In men's therapy, you can explore the challenges you face with confidence.

You’re in the right place – if therapy has helped you before, if it didn’t work last time, or even if it’s your first time trying.

We offer in person and online sessions so you can connect to a therapist anywhere in Calgary and across Alberta.
You can access men's counselling from the comfort of your home or office.
We love online therapy because it's convenient and flexible. Virtual therapy is effective and sometimes better when you are in your own space.
You'll love online counselling if you are:
nervous about going to therapy
managing a busy schedule
comfortable with video calls
okay skipping the commute
We build great relationships online and sometimes the distance makes it a little easier to open up.
Our therapists offer daytime and evening appointments to fit your lifestyle.

You might still have some questions or concerns about men's counselling...
Is it common for men to experience mental health issues?
Yes, men experience mental health challenges just as women do. However, societal expectations and stigma may make it more difficult for men to recognize and seek help for their mental health concerns.
How can I support a man who may be struggling with his mental health?
You can encourage open conversations about emotions and mental health. Be a non-judgmental listener, validate their experiences, and let them know that seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness. Share your own experiences with mental health and therapy and be willing to answer questions without pressuring them to go.
What if a man is resistant to seeking therapy?
It is important to respect their decision but emphasize that therapy can be a valuable tool for personal growth and self-care. Offer your support and share resources that highlight the positive impact therapy can have on men's mental health.
How much does men's counselling cost?
Our therapy sessions are $200 with a psychologist or social worker and $150 with a Certified Canadian Counsellor per 50-minute session. We offer direct billing for most insurance companies, or a receipt to claim or re-imbursement or as a medical expense on your taxes for psychologists and social workers. Sliding scale fees are available.
